When traveling overseas it is advisable to book an appointment with the travel clinic at least 7 weeks before date of travel to discuss what vaccinations are needed. There will be charges for vaccinations given to patients.
If you are advised to have NHS vaccinations by the travel clinic you can book this appointment through reception.
Please note you MUST have visited a travel clinic prior to this appointment and ensure you bring a copy of the consultation with you. Our nurses will not provide you with travel advice.
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below:
Europe & Russia | North America |
Central America | South America |
Caribbean | Africa |
Middle East | Central Asia |
East Asia | Australasia and Pacific |
It is important to make an initial appointment as early as possible – at least 6 weeks before you travel.
Some travel vaccines are private and not on the NHS and these incur a charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
