New Patients

We welcome new patients to our practice.

Any person living in England or Wales can register with us but only those living within our designated local catchment area can receive our full range of services.

Home visits and some locally commissioned community services are not available to patients from outside our catchment area. 

You can only be registered with one NHS GP practice at a time but for emergency situations temporary registration elsewhere is allowed for a period of up to two weeks.  

We are using a new online service called Register with a GP surgery that makes it easy to register with Stanhope Mews West Surgery. 

Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. 

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register. 

Paper forms are still available if you need one. 

We accept patients outside our catchment area.
