Repeat Prescriptions

These need to be requested in writing, either using your prescription counterfoil (with the items needed to be ticked/highlighted), or writing the medication required in a letter with your name and address clearly stated. If you require the prescription posted back to you please attach an SAE. Please nominate a pharmacy so that your prescription can be sent electronically to them (you can then go directly to the pharmacy to collect your medication). We can also accept requests via online Pharmacies e.g. Lloyds Direct, Pharmacy 2U

You can also register for our online prescription service via Patient Access. Please ask at reception for further details and/or to request your online login details.
