  • Midwifery services
  • Managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and strokes, rheumatism, arthritis, COPD, blood pressure, cancer, dementia, mental health and learning disabilities
  • Clinical Pharmacy – medication reviews and advice
  • Help in stopping smoking
  • Social prescribing – a way of linking patients in primary care with sources of support within the community that can support their health, wellbeing and social needs
  • A First Contact Practitioner is here to treat patients who have musculoskeletal problems such as rheumatism and arthritis
  • A Mental Health Practitioner who is trained to assess and support patients with common mental health problems.
