This service is provided from Various HUB centres across Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. Urgent appointment to see a GP can be booked directly or through NHS111.

NHS 111
NHS 111 is a service that has been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS Healthcare Services. You can call NHS 111 when you need medical advice or opinion. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and is staffed using qualified NHS staff to direct you to the most appropriate care. 111 service also has direct access to book an appointment in to GP system (limited number of slots available for 111 booking).It is not an emergency medical service. Emergency Consultation
Patients who needs emergency or urgent appointment should phone the surgery and will be either directed to speak to the doctor or will be given an emergency appointment usually between 11am – 12am or earlier.
Telephone Consultations
For any medical queries and minor illness advice, a doctor can speak to you and assess the medical condition to decide the best course of action – either advice and/or treatment over the phone, a home visit or an urgent emergency appointment with the doctor, nurse or other health professional.

e-Consult
This is our web based service. You can contact surgery for any administrative service or advice from the doctor for non-emergency medical conditions.
The practice will deal with your queries and will be in touch within 48 hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays) or sooner for the best course of action.

The surgery remains closed on all public and bank holidays.

It is open Monday to Friday 7am – 10pm and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays 9am – 10pm, all year except 25 December.
