Repeat Prescriptions
To ensure your safety all requests for repeat prescriptions must be made in writing. These can be dropped off at the surgery, posted or emailed to nelondonicb.queensroadmcprg@nhs.net
With regret, we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. Alternatively, you can make your request online. You will need to register for the service through the Online Access Patient Services key on the homepage.
If you are requesting a pharmacy to pick up your prescription from the surgery, please ensure that we already have your signed consent form for this purpose.
Warning advice: Dispensing Notice
Please allow 2 working days notice for all repeat prescription requests to be processed.
