  • Appointments are made by visiting or telephoning the surgery from 8.00AM on 020 8539 2858. – Kindly be aware that our capacity to accommodate walk-in appointments is limited, and we cannot assure availability if you choose this option.
  • Appointments can also be booked online
  • Appointments will be 10 minutes long, but if you feel you may need longer please let us know
  • Emergencies and babies will be seen on the same day at the clinician’s discretion
  • If clinics are fully booked on the day, you will be advised by the reception to ring up the practice later that day to find out if there are any cancellations
  • Urgent cases will always be seen on the same day, otherwise you will be offered the first available slot with a doctor/triage staff

Please do not book a GP appointment or attend L.L. Medical Care Ltd if;

You have symptoms of cough, fever or difficulty in breathing after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus

You feel that they may have Coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who is or has shown the symptoms of the Coronavirus

NHS 111 has created Coronavirus pages to inform patient’s on what to do based on the above.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all patient appointments are telephone triaged where an appointment can be made via the telephone. Alternatively use the ‘patient triage’ service which we will respond back to you.

Any patients who are exhibiting symptoms of the Coronavirus will not be seen and be advised to not visit the practice.

Prior to the appointment all patients are required to have their temperatures checked and to ask the receptionist for a token which they can use on our blood pressure machine, the machine will check your Blood pressure, height and weight. You will get a printout of your results which can then be passed onto the receptionist where it can be added to your health records.

Face masks and coverings are to be worn at all times by all GP’s, nurses, visitors and patients.

Getting The Help That You Need

Most consultations are over the phone and via video. This is for everyone’s safety. We will assess your situation and invite you into the practice if needed.

We can arrange same-day appointments if you need urgent care but please don’t visit without an appointment. Appointments will be held in the best way to keep you safe from Covid.

You can also contact 111, day or night, for other urgent health advice – including if you have concerns about your Covid-19 symptoms.

Please remember that 999 and A&E are for emergencies.

Booking Appointments For 8 Week Parent And Baby Immunisations

During the Coronavirus pandemic, all young babies will continue to receive their 2 month (8 week) checks and immunisations from the practice. Patient’s should contact the practice to make an appointment for themselves and their baby or babies, with one of our GP’s and nurses. Post-natal appointments can also be made with the nurse.
