NHS App

The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the NHS App to get health advice, order repeat prescriptions, manage your hospital referrals, view your GP health record and more. If you already use Patient Access you can also continue to use this, but you can use the NHS App as well. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website. For more information go to www.nhs.uk/nhsapp.

You can use this service to submit any non-urgent queries, including queries regarding your medication, requests for private letters, sick notes and routine appointments. To submit a request, select the image below. Select one of the three available options and fill out your date of birth, and complete the form with details of your request. Once you submit your triage request, you will receive a response usually on the same day, or within 2 working days.
