If you have a complaint of a general nature, or about the handling of a specific problem, please notify the Patient Liaison Manager in writing by email pm.parksurgery@nhs.net. If you have any positive suggestions for improving the services then please email pm.parksurgery@nhs.net for attention of Katie Marsden.
