The unit treats patients with less serious injuries that are not critical or life-threatening but still require urgent attention. The UCC does not have an appointment system – it is a walk-in service.


Urgent Care Centre at Queen Elizabeth | Lewisham and Greenwich

Vanbrugh Group Practice provides an accessible entrance and bathrooms for wheelchair users. Practice is situated on 2nd floor of the building with step free access to lift. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any special difficulties or requirements when visiting the centre.

Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access

Vanbrugh Group Practice offers routine doctors appointments early morning from 07:00am and late evening until 07:30pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm once a month, which can be booked four weeks in advance. Please check with reception for availability.
