Extended Access

Out of hours services provide access to healthcare when GP surgeries are closed. Most GP surgeries operate between 8am to 6:30pm, and are often closed on weekends, bank holidays and educational sessions (please check your surgery operating times as not all are the same).

You can still access a GP up to 8pm on a weekday or from 8am to 8pm at the weekend by using the enhanced GP access service.

Please use the right service when you are ill.  Only visit the A&E department in a critical or life threatening situation.

NHS 111

Bromley out of hours services include the NHS 111 telephone service, GP appointments at one of three GP Access Hubs, extended GP services Urgent Care Centres and in the case of severe emergency A&E departments.

Enhanced Access

South View Partnership is part of the Bromley Connect Primary Care Network (PCN) together with Dysart Surgery and London Lane Clinic. We work collaboratively to ensure that the health care system within our area works effectively by sharing knowledge and resources. The Covid-19 vaccination programme is an example.

We have now implemented the Bromley Connect PCN Enhanced Access Service.

This means that there will be appointments:

  • Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm
  • Saturday 9am to 5pm

You may therefore be offered an appointment at Dysart Surgery or London Lane with one of their clinicians. This means that at times, clinicians from those other practices will have access to your records but only when providing direct care for you. Clinicians will be able to view your records and add in consultation notes back into your records. This is to support your provision of care.

Please note that walk-in appointments are not offered.

Non-urgent advice: Please Note

Walk-in appointments are not offered at Dysart or London Lane surgeries, and only patients with pre-book appointments via their GP practice or NHS 111 will be seen.
