Anybody living within our catchment area is welcome to register at Summercroft Surgery; we are unable to accept patients from outside of the catchment area.

After you have completed the form you will be registered with the practice within 7 days. If you need anything urgently, please contact reception.
Practice Boundary
We are happy to register new NHS patients within our practice boundary area.
Before attempting to register with the practice, please ensure you live within our service boundary by entering your postcode below.
Catchment Area
Temporary Residents
If you are not registered with the practice but need treatment from a surgery, you can request to register as a temporary patient.
Please collect a Temporary Patient Form from the surgery reception.
