NHS App on Older Devices

From Monday 3 February, the NHS App will no longer be accessible as a mobile app for anybody using older devices. Patients using the following operating systems will no longer be able to access the NHS App via the app:

• iOS 12
• Android 6
• Android 7
• iOS 13 and iOS 14 – option to update device to iOS 15, which is the minimum supported version.

The NHS App is now only supported on:

• Android version 8 and above (on devices with a front-facing camera)
• Apple iOS version 15 and above
• Web browser: https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
