How to Request an Appointment
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
- By NHS App – all our GP appointments are available on-line from 07:00AM.
- By telephoning the surgery on 0203 474 6410
- By coming into the surgery
Urgent Appointments
Login on-line from 7.00am to book face-to-face or telephone consultation
Alternatively, you can call us at 8.00am
The receptionist will ask for some brief details about the reason for your appointment, as this helps doctors to plan and give you the best advice during the time allowed The receptionist might advise you whether you need to be seen face to face, or by telephone, or they can also ask you to send us a photo of your skin.

Urine infection?
You might not need an appointment. Come to the practice to leave your urine sample and fill out a short form
Routine Appointments
Login on-line to book appointments.
We release at 7.00am for the same day, but also at 10am, 2.00pm or 4.00pm up to 10 days in advance. Keep checking the app before calling us.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible; this way the doctor can see another patient in need.

Enhanced Access Appointments
We offer appointments at our surgery after 18.30 on Monday-Thursdays. We can also offer appointments in various hub clinics across Lambeth, provided by our GP Federation, Lambeth Practices.
As part of the PCN DES service, we are required to provide Enhanced Access to patients registered with practices in the PCN.
Enhanced Access is patient appointments outside core practice hours – that is between 18:30-20:00 on weekdays, and on Saturdays 09:00 till 17:00.
NHS 111 Online in Lambeth
Patients in Lambeth can access the same urgent medical advice from the 111 phone line at www.111.nhs.uk.
111 online helps people get urgent healthcare using their smartphone, tablet or computer. People answer questions about their symptoms and receive tailored advice on what to do next and where to go. If necessary, they will also be able to speak to a nurse, dentist or GP.

Emergencies
Outside of surgery opening hours you will be directed to the out of hour’s service, NHS 111.
If you have a medical emergency then you need to dial 999.
