NHS eReferral Service
We make referrals using a national electronic referral service which gives patients a choice of place, date and time for their first outpatient appointment in a hospital or clinic. You will receive a document from the surgery after your referral explaining what you need to do next.
Please read this carefully as this document includes the password required to use the eReferral system.
For further information see click here.
Most of our patients choose to be referred to Ipswich Hospital but please be aware that you can request other hospitals if you would prefer to be seen elsewhere.
