As we live in a rural part of the country we do understand that it is not always easy to get to an A and E department at one of the local hospitals or a minor injury unit.
We do not however, provide a ‘walk-in’ service. Any request to see or speak to a clinician for help or advice must be with a pre-booked appointment. Please complete an eConsult or telephone ahead to see if a nurse or doctor is available to help you, and give as much information as necessary to help us with your treatment.
Patients arriving without an appointment will not be seen and may be diverted to a more suitable healthcare provider or service.
