All treatment rooms and doctors’ surgeries are on the ground floor of both surgeries.

There are disabled toilet facilities at Pound Hill Surgery.

Copthorne Surgery has a ramp up to the main entrance for wheelchair users. 

Pound Hill Medical Group is now working with the other local practices in our Primary Care Network to be provide over 50 hours per week of additional GP, Nurse and other healthcare professional appointments. To book these appointments please contact the reception team in the usual way. 

These are typically evenings from 6:30PM to 8:00PM, mornings before 8:00AM, and on Saturdays.

Out of Hours GP Service
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.  Please call 111 to access this service.

Urgent Treatment Centre Crawley Hospital
The UTC offers an urgent treatment service to patients seven days a week from 7:30am to 10pm.. They can treat most injuries or illnesses that are not life-threatening, including chest infections, minor head and eye injuries, broken bones, sprains and strains, minor burns and scalds, bites and stings.
