Patient Participation Group - The Brow Health Centre

We are always interested in learning how we can improve our services for our patients. So, we have an active Patient Participation Group whose members work with practice staff and doctors to help us.

The group meets with senior members of the health centre four times a year to discuss any issues and agree how to implement any relevant suggestions for improvement. All agreed actions are minuted, monitored and tracked through to completion.

All registered patients are welcome to contribute to the Patient Participation Group.

PPG Aims

The key objectives of the PPG are to get, from patients, clear opinions and suggestions on practice services and to give constructive feedback to the practice.

Patient confidentiality is always maintained by the PPG in discussion of any issues raised by patients and in feedback to the practice.
