Methods of ordering your Repeat Prescriptions
Due to patient safety and capacity issues we have had to take the decision to stop receiving requests for repeat medication over the telephone.
We apologise for any inconvenience but there are a number of ways in which you may order your repeat prescriptions which will enable access for all of our patients:
- Via the NHS App – Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is the most simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android.
- NHS Online Login – You can view your current repeat medication and order the items you require. This is for patients who have a NHS login.
- By email – swlicb.ecmcadministration@nhs.net
- By repeat slip or on paper – You can drop your repeat slip in the prescription box located in the reception area
- Via E-Consult – Want advice from your Doctor, self help information or have an admin request such as sick note or test results.
- Call us – on 0203 657 4170 and leave a voicemail
