Appointments System
- Appointments can be booked online via ANIMA, coming to the surgery or telephoning the surgery on 0118 947 1455. Appointments booked via ANIMA will give you choice on appointment time and date and are triaged by the Clinical team to ensure you always receive the most appropriate appointment.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 0118 947 1455
- If more than one member of your household needs to be seen, make sure each has a separate appointment.
- If urgent medical attention is required, please call 0118 947 1455. You will be asked to provide information to help us allocate you to an appropriate clinician. You will usually be seen the same day, although you may not be seen by your own doctor.
Urgent advice: Cancel an Appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
