Cancel or change an appointment

To Cancel or Change an Appointment:

If you’re unable to attend your appointment for any reason, or if the health issue for which you scheduled it has been resolved, please remember to cancel your appointment. We experience a high number of missed appointments each week, which results in wasted time for doctors and nurses, as well as delays in scheduling future appointments for other patients.

Please try to inform us as early as possible if you cannot make your appointment, so we can offer it to another patient.

Cancelling or Rearranging an appointment is easy by either:

  • Using your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • Completing the online services form – click on the ‘Cancel or Rearrange an Appointment’ tile
  • Calling us on 01296 320384 and select ‘check and cancel’ from the telephone menu
