If you have a health problem that cannot wait until Westongrove is open, then please use the NHS 111 website whenever possible. You will go through a series of questions about your health condition/s and NHS 111 can assist online or call you back if appropriate.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, please call 111. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. You can call 111 anywhere in England making it easier for you to access urgent healthcare services when you need medical help.
Think Pharmacy First
The NHS now makes it easier to get help for common medical conditions through Pharmacy First. Community pharmacists can treat patients without needing a visit to the doctor, allowing for quicker access to care and appropriate medicines (such as antibiotics) for minor illnesses.
