If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to make the slot available for another patient.
If you are late to an appointment by over 10 minutes, unfortunately, you will need to make another appointment. This is due to the knock-on effect on our other patients who have arrived on time.
