How to book an appointment
In line with NHS guidelines we have now moved to a total triage system. All patients must now now be triaged online or over the phone first and only if deemed necessary and appropriate will an appointment at the practice be offered. Please call the surgery from 8:30am and speak to a member of our team to book a telephone appointment.

You can also register for online patient access to enable you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and to view medical summary.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can cancel or re-arranged it by calling the surgery or replying to the appointment reminder.
We offer 10 minute appointments with the GP. If you wish to book a longer appointment with the GP, please let reception staff know when booking.
Evening and Weekend NHS Appointments
Evening and weekend NHS appointments are now available using Evening and Weekend GP Clinics. These are located around Oxford City Centre, where you can consult with healthcare professionals such as GP’s and practice nurses. Please call the surgery and ask them to book you an appointment if evenings and weekends are more convenient for you.
