❓❓❓WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?


Virgin Media has a local fault on its lines which we have been advised may take more than 2 days to resolve

❓❓❓WHAT IS BIRCHWOOD DOING TO HELP YOU?


We have worked with our phone supplier to put in place a temporary phone number for those people experiencing issues – it is not impacting everyone.

The phone supplier is also arranging new cabling due to the longstanding intermittent issues we have raised – all phone issues have been outside of the control of the practice and we are very sorry for this.
