Cancelling appointments when they are not needed instead of not showing up means that others can use the appointment.

You can cancel in several easy ways:

Reply to your appointment reminder text with “Cancel”

Visit us at our reception desk in person

Call us on 0117 330 4225
Pop a note through on letter box when we are closed

Or complete the form below more than 2 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations received less than 2 working hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “Did not attend” DNA. Multiple DNAs will put your practice registration at risk.

Please note that we do experience late cancellations which we cannot utilise. We have a policy in place for repeated late cancellations :

Cancellations received less than 2 working hours prior to an appointment will be recorded as a “Did Not Attend” and repeat “Did Not Attends” will impact on your ability to remain registered with the practice as we need to ensure all patients have access to appointments and they are not wasted due to non attendance or late cancellation by other patients.
