We use a secure website called Patient Access which provides:
- Booking & Cancellation of Appointments
- Ordering of Repeat Prescriptions
- Change of Patient Details including Name, Address & Telephone Numbers
- Viewing of your basic Medical Record summary

How to Register for Patient Access
To register for online services visit the Patient Access registration page, then follow the on screen instructions.
You can only apply in person and once a patient reaches their 16th Birthday they will be required to Register themselves for an access code, to comply with confidentiality regulations.
