Pay & Display Car Park at Marazion Surgery

Posted on:

After careful consideration, we have decided to implement a Pay & Display system for our car park during the following times:

  • Monday to Friday evenings:  6.30pm to 7.00am
  • Saturday and Sunday:  All day
  • Bank Holidays:  All day

The car park will be free for patients attending the surgery during our opening hours.

This decision has been made to better manage the use of our car park.  The Pay & Display system will help us maintain the car park and ensure it remains accessible and secure for everyone.

Our aim is to ensure that priority for parking is for patients who are attending the surgery for medical care.  Patients will not have to purchase a ticket or pay for parking when accessing medical services.

Members of the public may use the Pay & Display car park when the surgery is closed in the evenings, and at weekends or bank holidays.

Patients attending to see a doctor on a Saturday will be asked for their car registration number when booking a consultation, so that this can be logged with the parking system, and you do not need to purchase a ticket.

We understand that this may be an adjustment for many of our patients and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  The funds collected from the parking charges will be used to maintain the improve the facilities at the surgery, ensuring we continue to provide safe access and the best possible care for you.

If you have any questions or concerns, not answered in our Car Park Frequently Asked Questions, please email Mrs Burge, Practice Manager, at enquiries.marazionsurgery@nhs.net who will be happy to assist you.

This is likely to be installed and begin in mid-August. UPDATE – IT GOES LIVE ON FRIDAY 23RD AUGUST 2024

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
