Monitoring of blood pressure – If you have your own BP monitor at home, please contact the surgery with your blood pressure reading. We only need one reading every 12 months. If the reading is high you may be asked to provide a weeks’ worth of BP readings or be asked to wear a monitor for 24 hours.
