We would like to know how we can improve our service to our patients and know how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our service and to have input on new developments at the practice.
We are managing our Patient Participation Group (PPG) via a private Facebook group, this will allow us to ask questions and have the occasional virtual meeting. By using Facebook you can reply to our posts and questions in your own time as well as interact with others in the group when they make suggestions.
This group is open to all of our patients registered with our practice.
