If you are on repeat medication please ensure you have a month’s supply from your previous surgery before registering with Mortimer Medical Practice

You will be registered with the Practice and can choose to consult any of the doctors at any of the surgeries. Wherever possible it is preferable to see the same doctor each time as this improves continuity of care.
