Did Not Attend Policy

We strive to offer good access to appointments for our patients and we know from the feedback we receive how important this is to our local population. In order to do this, we need to have strict guidelines in place to fully utilise every available appointment.

Due to the increasing numbers of patients missing appointments, it has become necessary to introduce this policy; Did Not Attend (DNA) for our patients. For the full policy, please see below:
