URGENT MESSAGE

Due to a major international IT outage Pershore Medical Practice is currently unable to access any IT systems including our online appointment request form and all computerised medical records. Please bear with us while this is rectified.

Please telephone the surgery if you have an URGENT problem but be aware that we cannot deal with any routine requests for appointments, prescriptions or test results today.

If you have an appointment booked for today please attend as normal but be aware that we are not able to offer the same service as usual.

We will update this site as son as we re back up and running
