SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS 28th September

Cradley Surgery is excited to announce we will be able to offer our patients (and patients from other Surgeries in our PCN) a monthly Saturday clinic, here at the Surgery. These clinics are only available for routine Doctor’s appointments, we cannot offer Saturday Nurse appointments at this stage.

Our first Saturday clinic will be held on Saturday 28th September. These clinics are not walk ins and are by appointment only. You will be able to book appointments for our Saturday clinics, 2 weeks beforehand.

Booking will be open for our first clinic on Monday 16th September. To book, please call reception on 01886 880 207 and request a Saturday (EA) appointment here at Cradley Surgery.

Don’t forget, Cradley Surgery always offer weekly EA Monday evening appointments also.

Our practice is part of the Herefordshire GP Federation, Taurus Healthcare. Together, the practices of Herefordshire and Tenbury work to provide 24/7 access to General Practice. We all use the same computer system, so with our permission, it means the professional you speak with can see your whole record and understand your history. This is offered routinely via the Practice or at Improved Access hubs and urgently via 111 (please use the online 111 option wherever possible).

How to make an appointment for any enhanced access appointments (available on evenings and weekends at other locations also)

To make an appointment to see either a GP, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant at one of the hubs, please telephone reception here at Cradley Surgery. The reception team will then check the availability at the hubs and book your appointment for you. Please note that these are not walk-in centres and you will need to make an appointment.

If you need to make an appointment at one of the Taurus Healthcare hubs but Cradley Surgery are closed, please phone NHS 111 and ask for an appointment at one of the Taurus hubs, they will then be able to organise this for you. Please use the online 111 option in wherever possible.

This telephone line is manned between 5.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 8pm at weekends and bank holidays.
