Please do not request medication that is not on a repeat prescription. New medications cannot be prescribed without an appointment. Please contact our reception team either by the Contact Us link on our home page.
The repeat prescriptions are computerised. Your doctor will explain the system when you are issued with the repeat prescription slip. However, you will need to nominate a local pharmacy where you would like to collect your prescription. To do this, please use the Contact Us Online button on the home page and submit an Admin Request. Please give 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) for any prescription requests to be processed.
