Appointments
To request a same day urgent appointment (Monday to Friday):
- phone us on 0121 486 4200, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am
For routine appointments you can call at any time, during normal surgery hours.
We have several lines into the Practice but only 3 telephones. It may seem at time that you can’t get through but you are held in a queue and your call is answered in rotation.
Non-urgent advice: Please note

Please tell us:

Enhanced Access Appointments
Available Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and at the weekend. To book speak to a member of the reception team.
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am.
Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
