Extended access is additional access to your core primary care services; when patients need to see their GP, Nurse or HCA we can offer them a greater range of appointment times. These extra appointments are held at our Hubs. 

How to access these appointments
Patients can book these appointments through their registered GP practice or by calling 0121 411 0317 between the Hub opening times.

The Hub GPs have access to the patient’s full medical record, as long as the patient gives his or her consent. This means that they can receive personalised GP care.
