Contraceptive care is provided by all the doctors during surgery hours.
If you have been advised by the surgery to complete a review of your contraception, you will need to complete our contraception review form.
Emergency contraceptives (Morning after pill)
Emergency contraception or “morning after pill” is not only available to you at the surgery, but also at the following places: NHS walk-in centres, Brook Advisory centres, family planning clinics and approved pharmacies.
Pregnancy testing is available at the practice.
If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your COPD symptoms, please complete a COPD assessment form.
We are currently running an in house diabetes clinics supported by a hospital consultant and diabetes specialist nurse.
8 week checks and childhood immunisation clinics.
You will be referred to one of our local hospitals where you will be seen by a midwife and could be seen by one of the hospital doctors as well. The midwifery team from City Hospital will support and advise you as well as monitor you and your baby’s progress. This is now carried out at Sure Start centres.
