Please contact the surgery to find out if your test results have arrived. You must then make an appointment to attend surgery to see Doctor or Practice Nurse.
Results will not be given over the telephone unless you are unable to attend surgery.
In case your test results require immediate attention we will contact you by telephone to make arrangements to see the doctor.
