Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed
Outside of our normal hours if you require medical help call 111. You can contact them Monday to Friday between 18:30 – 08:00 and at weekends and bank holidays.
You should use the NHS 111 service if:
– You need medical help fast, but its not a 999 emergency;
– You think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service;
– You don’t know who to call for medical help or you don’t have a GP to call; or
– You require health information or reissuance about what to do next.
For less urgent health needs, you should still contact your GP or local pharmacist in the usual way.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
