Blood Tests
We are delighted to announce that we provide our own in house Phlebotomy Service.
If a member of our team has advised that you a blood test you can book the appointment yourself via the NHS App.
On your NHS App choose Go to Services, select Check for available GP appointments. On this page you will see the types of appointment we offer direct booking for, select the type of appointment you need using the drop-down box and book a time and surgery that suits you.
Please read the instructions carefully as any inappropriate bookings will be cancelled.

- Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm
- Saturday (Knowle Surgery ONLY) 9:00am to 1:00pm
Getting your test results
Blood results are usually returned to us within 5 working days. Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- Blood Test Results are readily available – save time and access your results immediately on the NHS app! or the NHS website using your NHS account
- on your SystmOnline account
If the result requires further discussion, we will contact you. However, if your results aren’t available online after 10 working days, and you want to know your results please telephone the surgery on 0121 796 2777 after 2:00pm
