Patients with asthma and diabetes are seen regularly in these clinics, run jointly by a doctor and a nurse. In this way we can achieve a high standard of care in these conditions.

Weight Control Clinic
Our nurses are available for dietary advice, regular weighing and encouragement, as they help you to achieve a healthy weight.
Antenatal Clinic
This is run by our community midwife on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, starting at 1.00pm, by appointment.
Stop Smoking
Have a look at the information available here on the reasons to stop smoking and what support is available to you including a free app for your mobile phone which sends encouraging messages of support! We can direct you to local clinics to help you quit. Our local service is provided by Quit 51 – their website and details of how they support you are here

Well Woman Clinic
Dr Matthews provides well woman checks and a number of appointments are available each week.
Child Health Surveillance
Children under five years have regular checks by the health visitor in order to assess development, hearing and speech. Babies are checked by the doctor at six weeks of age.
