Urgent Appointments
You can request an urgent appointment for with same day appointments by:

- Visiting the surgery
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Routine Appointments
You can request a routine appointment by
- phone 0121 568 4300 – call from 9:00am
- visiting the surgery and speak with a receptionist
- using Patient Access or the NHS App
- completing the online form
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you. The majority of appointments are pre-booked and you can book up to 4 weeks in advance.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you are cancelling an appointment for the same day, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you are not able to attend your appointment please let us know in time so that the time can be used for someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to re-book.
If you are cancelling an appointment for another day, please cancel your appointment by:

- You can also cancel you appointment by using the link in your text message reminder.
Home Visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.
To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice after 11am.
