Global IT Outage
Saturday 20 July
We can advise that IT services are returning to normal, however some disruption is anticipated into next week.
The practice will be open next week as normal and able to offer limited services during this time.
The IT outage has affected our ability to manage patient appointments systems, access medical records information, and process electronic prescriptions, in the normal way.
Working with our partners we will aim to restore services as soon as possible.
For minor illness, please check your local Pharmacy https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/pharmacy/find-a-pharmacy
During this time the NHS 111 online service can be used for all non-emergency healthcare need.
In an emergency when someone is seriously ill or injured, or their life is at risk call 999 or you can attend A&E
Information about when to call 999 and when to go to A&E is available on the NHS website.
