Out of Area

To check if your address is out of the practice boundary, please see our map above.

The surgery will allow patients to register as Out of Area patients as part of the NHS Out of Area scheme, however the criteria for this is as following:

  • You must be working in Winsford and will be required to provide a copy of a payslip.
    • If you have a child who attends a Winsford school, you will be required to provide evidence of this.

If you fit the required criteria the surgery will process the registration for you, however you will be unable to receive the following treatment:

  • Home visits
    • Any out of hours treatment.

If you require medical assistance that falls outside of the Out of Area scheme you will be directed to NHS 111 for further medical assistance.
