With effect from the 23.12.24 we will be changing the way you can book an urgent or routine appointment. From 8.00am you will be able to submit your triage request using the link below.

Once we have reached capacity the link will be closed and we will not be able to offer any more appointments for that day. If this is the case and you need an urgent appointment you will need to call 111 after 6.30pm or triage the next day.
