Methods of ordering your Repeat Prescriptions

Due to patient safety and capacity issues we have had to take the decision to stop receiving the majority of requests for repeat medication over the telephone. We will only be able to take telephone requests from individuals who are experiencing difficulties accessing our services in the ways below.

For those able to to use the below tools you will be able to manage all your repeat prescription needs without the need to sit in call queues as and when you want to make the requests.  

We apologise for any inconvenience but there are a number of ways in which you may order your repeat prescriptions which will enable access for all of our patients:

  • Via the NHS App – Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is the most simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android.
  • NHS Online Login – You can view your current repeat medication and order the items you require. This is for patients who have a NHS login.
  • Patient Access OnlineClick here to use our online system
  • By repeat slip or on paper – You can drop your repeat slip in the prescription drop boxes in the main foyer
  • By Email – You can Email your repeat request to the following email address – cmicb-cheshire.greatsuttonpr@nhs.net

Patient Notice

Please remember to put your requests in early as we require 3 working days for prescriptions to be processed, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Any problems please telephone the surgery

(please be aware that your pharmacy may then require additional time to prepare your prescription)
