Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

Please telephone between 8.30am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday.

Please tell the receptionist that you would like a home visit, preferably giving the reason so that the doctors can assess the urgency of the calls. You can dial the main surgery number 01928 567404 or during busy times you can direct dial 01928 842515.

All patients over the age of 75 and if clinically appropriate have the right to request a consultation in their own home/place of residence.

Please remember that a more complete and effective consultation can be done in the surgery with the benefits of our modern equipment and help of our nursing staff, therefore please try to attend the surgery where possible.

Thank you for your co-operation.
