Customer Service: 1 year of experience preferred, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support.
Administrative Experience: 1 year of experience preferred, with skills in managing office tasks, organizing schedules, and maintaining records efficiently.
GP/NHS Experience: Extremely advantageous; familiarity with general practice or NHS procedures and systems, enhancing the ability to navigate and support medical environments.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong abilities in effectively conveying information, building relationships, and collaborating with team members and patients.
Fast-Paced Environments: Thrives in dynamic and busy settings, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively to meet demands.
