PPG to Host Macmillan Coffee Morning

Primary Care Knowsley is delighted to invite the community to their annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, taking place on September 27th, 2024, at the Manor Farm Primary Resource Centre, a branch of Aston Healthcare. The event, will begin at 9am and will be held at Manor Farm Road Primary Resource Centre, Huyton, L36 0UB.

This year’s coffee morning promises to be a delightful gathering, featuring a variety of cakes and refreshments prepared with care by the practice’s Patient Participation Group (PPG). All proceeds from the event will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity dedicated to providing vital support to people living with cancer.

Macmillan’s Coffee Morning is the world’s biggest coffee morning event, uniting people across the globe to raise funds for cancer care. Each year, millions come together to share a cup of coffee and make a difference. Last year alone, Macmillan supporters raised over £29 million, highlighting the incredible impact these events have on those in need.

At Primary Care Knowsley, we are excited to contribute to this significant cause and invite all local patients to join us for a morning of community spirit and fundraising.
